Self Love

Our biggest critics in life are ourselves. We tend to cut ourselves down and compare ourselves to others; we need to remember how amazing we are at our abilities. Are you a good cook? Are you a gifted singer/dancer? Do you tell jokes to make people laugh? Remembering the things that you're good at can increase your confidence. We need to build ourselves up, not tear ourselves down.

Remember: you are beautiful, you are wonderful, you are enough!
